While vulnerability management has long been a part of defense the number of breaches related to un-patched systems seems to grow year over year.  I will be exploring research and recommendations to help improve your vuln management systems and prioritize the vulnerabilities critical to your business function.

In addition, ISSA Chapter President Justin White will lead an analysis of the most recent news and discuss how cyber attackers continue to evolve during his monthly Garden Fresh presentation. In this presentation, we will explore the trends that define today’s threat landscape such as recent cyber attacks, intelligence-led insights, and advanced defensive strategies.

Bill Creasey is a 20-year industry veteran with the last five years engaged as a Security Analyst and Senior Security PM for Microsoft, F5 Networks and DefenseStorm. A data-driven, strategic, cybersecurity leader who through holistic security mindset has created impact across endpoint security, vulnerability management, risk reduction, security compliance, network, and open source security programs.
