Join us on February 19th at 6:00PM for an in-depth presentation on how to Never Waste a Good Cyberattack: turning “never again” into sustained change, from Stephanie Warren, Assistant Director, Information Security at the Port of Seattle
A cyberattack is miserable, but it’s also a golden ticket for change. Never Waste a Good Cyberattack breaks down how to turn chaos into advantage: driving modernization, winning resources, fixing broken processes, and finally getting security the seat at the table it needed before things caught fire. This session will cover lessons learned, hard truths, and how to turn “never again” into sustained change.

Stephanie is a cybersecurity leader with 28 years in technology, including 15 specializing in Information Security. She brings expertise across federal and regulatory compliance, incident response, data protection, and enterprise risk management. She focuses on making cybersecurity understandable and relevant, bridging the gap between technical teams and executive decision-makers. Her approach emphasizes resilience and risk management, helping an organization anticipate threats, adapt to evolving challenges, and maintain operational continuity without losing sight of strategic goals.
She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
