Mandy Sessions is an experienced security leader with a focus on mitigating insider risk. She is passionate about inspiring women to join the cybersecurity field. She does this by serving as the President of WiCyS Oregon, leading Global Philanthropy for the Women in Security group at Salesforce and serves as a mentor for Empowering leaders PDX. Mandy believes in the power of networking and makes time to connect with people in cybersecurity across the globe, here she gains insight and shares experience on how best to recruit and retain top talent in the cybersecurity field. She believes this level of engagement with potential candidates and peers is the key to future cybersecurity success.
